Served M/s Foundry Fuels Products Ltd. as technical consultant under supervision of Mr. A. R. Dasgupta for design and erection of their be-hive mechanised Hard Coke Oven and washery independently. On commissioning, supervised the production and product development of above concern for six months.
Served M/s Arpana Enterprises, Nagpur as technical consultant for modification of their existing Hard Coke Oven from multiple chimneys to single chimney. This work included drawing, design, and supply of material, erection & commissioning.
Visiting consultant to various Coke Plants in Dhanbad, e.g. M/s Royal Industries, Chirkunda, M/s Hindustan Hard Coke, Nirsa, M/s Bihar Coke Products, Mugma etc.
Served as Refractory consultant for M/s BLA Industries Ltd. Mithapur, Gujrat for their Be-hive Hard Coke Oven. This included designing of new shapes, determining their quality, inspection and quality control of materials and further modification in the Coke Oven to increase the stability of arch and improvement in gas exit of waste gases.
Consultants to M/s Auroma Coke Ltd. for designing of New Coke Ovens with separate single chimney and washery including technical supervision & commissioning of Ovens. At present, visiting consultants to above company for product development.
Worked independently under guidance of M/s DGA Consultants headed by Shri A. R. Dasgupta to commission the Coke Ovens of M/s Wellman Incandescent (I) LTD at Nergundi.
Served as consultant to M/s Mahabir Metcoke Ltd., Guwahati for their coke oven for low ash coke.
Served as consultant to M/s Jindal Strips Limited for evaluation of washing characteristics of non-coking coal fines and determination of washing process.
Consultant to M/s SM Cokes Ltd., Guwahati for providing complete know-how, drawings and design, erection and commissioning of coal washery, mechanized coke oven and coke sizing plant.
Consultant to M/s Fairdeal Supplies Private Limited, Gandhidham for designing and erection of pusher type ovens.
Consultant to M/s Milestone cokes, Guwahati for designing, construction and commissioning of Pusher type Coke ovens.

Consultant to M/s K D Power Ltd., Guwahati, for design, erection and commissioning of heat recovery jumbo coke oven plant with power production.

Heat & Energy conservation
Modified several furnaces of M/s Heavy Engineering Corporation, Hatia for energy conservation and pollution control.
Designed and supplied new energy conserving Hard Coke Oven gates lined with Ceramic Fibers and Castables to achieve maximum heat efficiency, increased production of Hard Coke and betterment of quality.
Application of PUF insulation in the chemical plant of M/s. B.L.Organics Ltd., Bokaro, Dhanbad.

Furnaces
Designed and commissioned two annealing and two heat treatment furnaces for M/s Anup Malleables with energy conservation Ceramic Fiber.
Designed and commissioned two rice husk furnaces for M/s Shah Udyog, Nepal.
Designed, erected and commissioned one heat treatment furnace for M/s Himalay Auto Industries (P) Ltd., Biratnagar, NEPAL.
Designed, erected and commissioned one heat treatment furnace for M/s B L Steels (P) Ltd., Govindpur, Dhanbad.
